- Be agressive. Know when to defend, but always attack when you have the opportunity. Defensive play is going to cost you territory.
- Know when to withdraw to save units and when to sacrifice units. Sending an infantry squad with no AT in against a king tiger when you have AT a bit more back is a waste. Sending an infantry in against a panther when your AT is being built in 10 seconds is not a waste.
- Combined arms will always beat single unit armies. Know how to use your strengths and exploit your opponents weaknesses.
- Keep a group of mobile units handy in case you get flanked.
- If you have defense, dig in. Build sandbags, slit trenches, occupy buildings.
- Some units have a longer range than their line of sight. Infantry units can spot for your weaker antitank units or your panthers so they can take out AT without getting hit themselves.
