Fill them MG nests.

After a bit of testing i have noticed that you can infact put MG squads ( the ones you build ) into an MG nest.

The cool thing about this is that they can shoot form any side of the nest ( protecting the back of it ) or shoot out the frount for 2x the firepower. Also if you are Wehrmacht and have stolen a 30 cal you can put it in the mg nest and you get the armor penitration bullets too.

I have tested this with Americans and the Wehrmacht but not the brits. I also think this works with famethrower squads too so you can taost them pesky rangers sneaking up behind your MG nest.

Yes. Putting something in an MG squad can definetely be worth it. Just remember that if they are in an MG nest they are a bit more vulnerable to mortar fire (because all hits on the MG nest will damage them and it has a much larger area to hit)

But, yes, engineers with flamers are a very good addition to a bunker. You can even put anti-tank infantry in a bunker to make it more resilient to light vehicles.
