Glyph of Healing Touch - Decreases the cast time of Healing Touch by 1.5 sec., the mana cost by -25% and the amount healed by -50%.DD typo, should that be +50%?.. are we gong back to rnk4 HT spammage again?
Think the description is correct, changing HT from a slow big heal to a smaller, faster and cheaper heal.

Glyph of the White Bear - Changes the appearance of your bear and dire bear forms to that of a polar bear.DD -- S'Cool.. but if it does not have any in game effect..... meh
Remember the different kinds of runes and some types only giving cosmetical changes. So really no gain or loss there, its not like you could replace it with something usefull for your actual spells.

Think the description is correct, changing HT from a slow big heal to a smaller, faster and cheaper heal. Indeed klaas, you know how god-f**ken imba it would be to reduce cast speed and mana cost *and* at the same time increase healing.. Thats even worse then moonkin arena set bonus if it had a 100% proc chance instead of 10% :-P
Other then that the wrath interruption stuff is kinda pointless, ofc you can achieve 100% anti-interrupt with talents now, but ehh.. Talent gives 70%.. Ok 2 points gives 50% but you lose 5% stun chance on starfall/starfire for pvp/grinding purposes... So its very nice with a downside.

This is based on there being 4 glyphs per character :p
For me in Order i think i'd go for the Moonfire Glyph then the Starfire glyph then the Starfall Glyph then either the LB glyph or the roots glyph for PvE.
The Moonfire glyph is a nerf to MF spam but a big over all dmg increase.
atm my MF does 700 and then 4x 400 (= 1600) so i'd lose 630 from the initial but gain 1200 dmg on the DoT then combine that with the SF glyph that adds another tick to MF so that means i get another 300 dmg from that, so an avg dmg increase of 1500 per moonfire. Also having to use MF less often helps mana efficiency ^^.
Then theres the Starfall glyph, this could be good or bad depending on how they work it because they would have to increase the number or stars that fall or it simply ends up as a self applied nerf like the mage 4/5 t6. If it does work properly then is would add an additional 4 stars which would be something like 4000 dmg free every 3mins ( based on a base dmg of 500 then add 10% spell dmg to each star and they can crit).
Then as a 4th idol it would either be LB or Roots, the glyph for roots would be for when I CC and so the mob would stay rooted longer or the LB glyph for when I need to heal myself up in either raids or just general PvE.
The insect swarm glyph is pure PvP, it is dmg per point the most mana efficient DoT in the game and so +30% dmg is imba but since it removes the hit debuff its only really worth it in PvP.
The wrath glyph might be worth it if there are bosses with some nasty AoE like for example Malacrass with his spirit bolts and also for some grinding mainly since Celestial Focus isnt a very viable spend of 3 point in a PvE spec.
Then lastly theres the hurricane glyph, which I find pretty useless, its basically there for if the tank loses aggro during an AoE and it gives em a bit longer to get aggro back, but if anyone pulls aggro I say "haha" to them and thats what they get for over doing it :P @ DD: currently it just lowers attack speed not movement speed.
Anyways thats my overall take on the Balance druid glyphs for PvE.
though tbh the Glyph of the White Bear should affect moonkins too :p

Glyph of Moonfire (Class: Druid) - Empowers a Lesser Glyph to reduce the rage cost of your Demoralizing Roar by 20.DD -- typo.. this is quite nice
apparently this was a wrong buff considering demo roar only costs 10 rage anyway and the name is wrong.
Glyph of the White Bear - Changes the appearance of your bear and dire bear forms to that of a polar bear.DD -- S'Cool.. but if it does not have any in game effect..... meh
All minor inscriptions give no in-game effect, just cosmetic. And since you have 2 major 2 lesser 2 minor inscriptions anyway it wouldn't affect your game whatsoever.
Glyph of Rake - Your Rake ability prevents targets from fleeing.DD _OMFG.. Massive PvP buff.. now.. where the hell did rake go off my action bar !!
This is not some sort of immobilize buff for pvp but more of a buff like judgement of justice on humanoid mobs so that they don't run away when on low health (since i have no idea what "prevents targets from fleeing" would do in pvp, if it was immobilize it'd say immobilize)
Glyph of Rebirth - Increases the amount of health on a character brought back to life via Rebirth by 100%.DD -- ooo quite nice this...considering how much us BS druids combat res you guys :p
True, but it's most likely a major glyph so i'm not sure what else you'd lose. Usually when someone gets battlerezzed it's at a safe time anyway and having 10% or 20% health won't make a big difference then anyway since those people are buffed/healed straightaway.
Glyph of Lifebloom - Increases the duration of Lifebloom by 1 sec.DD -- hmmm.....
Theoretically this looks very nice because 1s extra on LB with the reduced GCD on LB you can keep it ticking on 1 extra target, especially considering you probably want to move away from just LB spam and use more rejuvs for the mana/energy/rage regen buff and regrowth/HT for the living seed. I guess it depends a bit on what's your playstyle, the fight at hand and your specific spec. Remember you can change glyphs.
Glyph of Insect Swarm - Increases the damage of your Insect Swarm ability by 30% but it no longer affects your victim's chance to hit.DD -- Errr is it just me who thinks this is a nerf.. unless you ave > 1 boomkin in the raid
Pvp/solo'ing buff, group/raid nerf. This is actually a pretty good example of the problems you can run into if you do both pvp and pve, how are inscriptions going to change, are they switchable or do you destroy them like gems? And in the last case, how much do they cost. If it's like 2-3 herbs then you can bring a whole stack of spare glyphs to switch around depending on the fight but if it's very expensive i can imagine people not wanting to switch between pve and pvp glyphs.

Since we're going for extended reply and its maintenance, here's mine :-P
Glyph of Natural Force (Class: Druid) - Empowers a Greater Glyph to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting your Wrath spells by 50%.Well. As I said before I don't quite agree with this one because you have to take up half a talent that has more functionalities for it to have optimal use.
Glyph of Moonfire (Class: Druid) - Empowers a Lesser Glyph to reduce the rage cost of your Demoralizing Roar by 20.Can't really think of much to say until they fix the typo's ;-)
Glyph of Thorns (Class: Druid) - Empowers a Minor Glyph to reduce the mana cost of your Thorns spells by %s1%.Hai I R mister pointless, I made brambles usefull but can't help it to add another useless piece of crap instead.
Glyph of Wild Endurance (Class: Druid) - Empowers a Minor Glyph to increase the duration of your Mark of the Wild and Gift of the Wild spells by 30 min.Can be nice for solo/5-mans, can imagine it not being so great for progressing raids, with regular deaths/wipes. On the other hand, on a farm status raid-instance it should be nice, specially considering other buffclasses will likely have a similar glyph. Real usefullness depends on alternatives though
Glyph of the White Bear - Changes the appearance of your bear and dire bear forms to that of a polar bear.I hope they'll think of different ones, maybe rares :-) Otherwise I already commented this :-P
Glyph of Frenzied Regeneration - While Frenzied Regeration is active, healing effects on you are 20% more powerful.Imo it was always a panic button to help the healer when I drop below 50-ish% when that could be very deadly. Won't use it much on regulare trash but on any instance boss (heroic+, normal die before you can take damage) you have more then enough rage generation to use this and keep gaining agro. In my experience anyway :-P
Glyph of Growl - Increases the chance for your Growl ability to work successfully by 8%. Must be a 'spell' with 10% chance to be resisted or so for this to be remotely usefull? Never had one resisted though an usually one mangle + one lacerate does the trick if someone is a good boy and stops nuking.
Glyph of Mangle - Increases the duration of Mangle by 6 sec. Its nice, gives you more opportunity to keep using shred until rip (both getting bonus damage from mangle)
Glyph of Swipe - Your Swipe ability now hits 1 additional target. Swipe isn't as nice as it used to be, but I guess it gives a nice spread of agro over multiple targets, though the agro isn't remotly enough to prevent them from running off to a healer without planting an extra maul or lacerate on them, it does prevent them from running away at the mere cast of a minor spell. I only wonder what they did about it hitting cc'd targets, vaguely remember rumours of it skipping them but I never dared to test it :-P
Glyph of Shred - Increases the damage dealt by Shred to stunned and incapacitated targets by 20%. I agree, pvp, but not so situational. You get an extra stun in WotLK afaik meaning all Pounce, Maim and the new stun get extra from this. Its not quite ravage, but pounce stun plus this extra damage is very nice in pvp and only costs 17 more energy with the right build.
Glyph of Rip - Increases the duration of your Rip ability by 3 sec. Weird.. But hey.. Not that great though, 1-2 ticks, depends on alternatives.
Glyph of Rake - Your Rake ability prevents targets from fleeing. If they make it work like JoJ does its nice, otherwise its bleh solo leveling glyph.
Glyph of Swiftmend - Your Swiftmend ability no longer consumes a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect from the target. Imba will hate this in arena in advance. They nerf resto druids slightly with moving feral charge and buff them insanely with this kinda shit :-P
Glyph of Innervate - Your innervate ability now has an additional 20% strength mana regeneration effect on you in addition to the effect on your primary target. Speaks for itself
Glyph of Rebirth - Increases the amount of health on a character brought back to life via Rebirth by 100%. In difficult fights with lots of aoe, nice stuff.. Otherwise kinda pointless. (if it were health & mana it would've been great in any case though)
Glyph of Regrowth - Increases the amount of your initial Regrowth heal by 50% if your Regrowth effect is still active on the target. STOP... BUFFING... RESTO... PVP! It takes little to no skill and gets people ratings they don't deserve!
Sorry, frustration :-P Nice for pve.
Glyph of Rejuvenation- While your rejuvenation targets are below 50% health you will heal them for an additional 50% health. Its a nice buff, not shocking, but another grande PvP buff I guess :-P
Glyph of Healing Touch - Decreases the cast time of Healing Touch by 1.5 sec., the mana cost by -25% and the amount healed by -50%. Like I said before: flash heal!
Glyph of Lifebloom - Increases the duration of Lifebloom by 1 sec. Don't see the point really, yes with new talents it means one more lifebloom in a 'rotation' then again.. When will you be using it properly and for people taking major hits it only takes longer for the 'big' heal to arrive.
Glyph of Starfire - Your Starfall ability increases the duration of your Moonfire effect on the target by 3 sec. It says starfall for now, not starfire.. So kinda pointless in PvE. PvP I can see this be usfull but not shockingly.
Glyph of Insect Swarm - Increases the damage of your Insect Swarm ability by 30% but it no longer affects your victim's chance to hit. Wouldn't count this as a PvP thing, on melee nothing is more important then reducing hit chance. Its for grinding I think.
Glyph of Hurricane - Your Hurricane ability now also slows the movement speed of its victims by -20%. Hurricane only slowed attack speed, now also movement, combined with the removal of the cooldown, it makes aoe farming more doable though we can't massroot yet :-P
Glyph of Starfall- Increases the duration of Starfall by 2 sec. Piece of shit imo, unless you're using it on too few targets, Starfall has a limit of amount of balls that are fired, so in major AoE you'll have already used up the 'charges' before its any use. In PvP could be nice but think there are better alternatives.
Glyph of Wrath - Increases the chance you'll resist spell interruption when casting your Wrath spell by 50%. We already had this one at the start
Glyph of Moonfire - Increases the periodic damage of your Moonfire ability by 75% but initial damage is decreased by -90%. Think its both for PvE and PvP, nerfs spamming it, so less attractive in pvp, but gives you more lolwannabelock value. In any case its with > without, with base moonfire damage, dot already does +- 200% of initial damage without this. So if everything scales relatively its a 150% increase vs a 90% decrease on base initial damage. Providing it gets full duration and isn't overwrited/dispelled. So in that respect not so strong in PvP vs paladins and priests.
Glyph of Entangling Roots - Increases the damage your Entangling Roots victims can take before the Entangling Roots automatically breaks by 20%. Would be nicer if roots didn'talready break off its own hot 50% of the time. This would be a great glyph if it made it unbreakable until auto-break damage is reached.
